We are a private Aiki training group located in Elizabethtown, PA with a focus on internal energies and their application in physical techniques . Our members have varied Aiki backgrounds that include Aikijujutsu, early Ki Society, Iwama, AAA, and ASU training. We feel that all Aiki styles and organizations have something positive to offer in Aiki and we strive to explore these aspects and incorporate them in our training.
Our primary focus is on Daito-Ryu Aikijujutsu principles and concepts as taught by Howard Popkin of the Daitoryu Aikijujutsu Ginjukai along with high level soft Aikido techniques. In addition, we are associated with Dan Harden and have incorporated his internal skills development methods into our training.
